I was walked through all aspects of the work: rates, analysis, shading and tree factors - anything that had to do with my new system. The company as a whole was always responsive to my questions and requests. And even more, each Cobalt member was polite and friendly, as well as professional.     Stellar experience, from start to finish. Had a 5kW system installed in July 2018, and worked with Drew J to come up with a configuration that perfectly suited our needs. Drew throughly answered all of the questions we had while we were evaluating different solar vendors, and once the project was a go, kept us in the loop about all the different timelines and documentation requirements we needed to meet. Blair and the install crew were great as well: friendly, knowledgeable, and tidy once they were on-site. They also did a great job with the cosmetic aspects of our install as well. Once the city permit was approved and PG&E granted approval, Cobalt stopped by to turn on the system. Drew wrapped our experience with a final meeting to explain the monitoring system, our warranty, the process for applying for the tax incentive, etc. I wish all of my other experiences working with contractors were as smooth as the time I spent with Cobalt getting solar installed in our home. Highest marks possible, and I've told all my friends/relatives that have asked about our system to give Cobalt a call when they're ready to go solar too.

    As soon as I decided to move forward with Sunpower panels, I began to research install companies in the local area. I had a colleague who had used Cobalt Power Systems in the past, so I decided to reach out to Cobalt for a quote. The System Designer - Nathan Porter - came out and provided a plan for installation and was very open to any requirements or adjustments I requested. The experience was very pleasant; the Cobalt team was very knowledgeable and informative; not once did they try to over-sell. Also, when the installation team said they were going to be on-site, they were always there when they said they would be. I would recommend Cobalt head-over-heels to anyone. And if I ever need, I would absolutely use them again.
